Culturally Arranged Marriage Visitor Visa
You can apply for this visa to travel to New Zealand to marry a New Zealand citizen or resident in a culturally arranged marriage, or live with them if you got married overseas.However, there are certain conditions on this visa such as that the marriage has been arranged by someone other than you or your spouse-to-be and there is a specific cultural tradition being followed. Once you live with your partner you can go on to consider one of the partnership visa options.
Dependent Child Visas
Dependent Children of New Zealand citizens/residents can apply for resident visa to join their parent(s) in New Zealand up to the age of 24. The dependent child must be single and should be financially dependent on their parent or another adult to qualify for this visa.
Dependent children of New Zealand citizen/resident or temporary visa holders can apply for a student or visitor visa up until the age of 19. Dependent child student visa will allow the holder to study primary or secondary school as a domestic fee paying student.
