Investors

Investor Category Resident Visa
New Zealand allows individuals who can help contribute to growing the economy to apply for a business or investor visa. There are two investment categories that Immigration New Zealand offers for investors, i.e., either a minimum investment of NZ$ 10 million for at least three years or a minimum investment of NZ$ 3 million for four years.
An applicant can meet the criteria by either directly investing in New Zealand businesses / government securities or, if the applicant has the requisite experience, through buying or setting up a business in New Zealand. If this visa category fits your needs, then please reach out to us for a consultation session to learn how we can make this process easier for you.
Entrepreneur visa
Entrepreneur visa category is applicable for those who would like to either start or purchase a business in New Zealand. This visa has complicated requirements since it is assessed using a series of factors such as an individual’s entrepreneurial history, health, character, linguistic ability, etc. as well as a full-fledged business plan and how the business intends to add value to New Zealand.
This is a three year visa divided into two stages. The first stage is for a duration of one year and requires an individual to establish or purchase a business in New Zealand. A successful start-up will lead to a balance of two years given to an individual to grow their business.
